T-ST 72914 - Fitzmaurice Voicework
This course will introduce students to a heightened awareness of the physical sensation of breath, and the use of breath as the fuel for a more dynamic, responsive, and sustainable voice. Using concepts derived from Fitzmaurice Voicework, Alexander Technique, and Yoga, students will explore physicality, breath, and voice for both speech and singing. The ultimate aim is to apply this sense of freedom and ease to both text and song, increasing presence and connection to the material.
