To empower the learner to create dynamic and full forms using the actor’s primary instrument – the body. By the end of this course you will be able to: • demonstrate a basic understanding of the musculoskeletal system and its relevance in order to expertly create and utilize a character in the professional world of theatre. • establish the beginnings of a mindfulness practice. • create an engaging and dynamic physical character for performance in a theatrical production. • investigate choices and risks through advanced counterbalance techniques.
