T-SK 0041 - Visual Vocabulary and Storytelling
In this course students will learn the principles of visual design as they pertain to and inform the development of narrative. They will explore how visual choices determine elements of narrative and contribute to story construction. Through the examination of color, light, texture, mass, line, and topography, the student will gain a more complete understanding of the visual elements of theatre making and establish a compositional vocabulary of these elements.
