T-PR 1907 - Theater Production and Process
Theater Production and Process is designed to introduce students to the full range of creative experience that defines the art form and production of theater. Students will explore definitions of theater, technical theater, and the practical and artistic work of playwrights, actors, directors, designers, managers, technicians, producers, and all other collabortors who bring theater to life. Additionally, students will learn key technical aspects of production and design. Areas covered include the basics of scenic design, props, lighting, sound, constumes, projections, and stage management. Learning will be reinforced by using practice and hands-on training.
