M-LT 71155 - Keyboard Sonata from Scarlatti to Haydn
Both the development of sonata form and keyboard technique would be examined, starting in the pre-classical period and proceeding through Haydn; other composers represented would include Galuppi, J.C. and C.P.E. Bach, and Mozart. This course would be a wide focus, analysis-based approach.
