M-AP 0009 - Applied Lesson
Applied lessons involve intensive private study of the technique, repertoire, and pedagogy of the student's principle instrument or the arts and craft of musical composition. Specific requirements in applied lessons are defined by the departmental faculty and the applied instructor. Applied lessons demand significant practice and preparation time outside of the lesson itself. Applied lessons are fully covered under standard tuition charges. Students may, however, elect to take additional applied coursework; students who choose to do so will incur additional tuition charges.
